Menopause is a natural part of life, but when your body feels unfamiliar, your symptoms are unpredictable, and support feels hard to find, it can feel like everything is out of your hands. You’re not alone, and you’re not powerless.

This webinar is your opportunity to take back control. Our clinical experts will guide you through what’s really happening in your body, dispel common myths, and help you explore options that put you back in the driver’s seat.

We’ll show you how the right care, education, and support can help you feel more like yourself again: strong, clear, and confident in your next chapter.

What we’ll cover:

— How to recognize and manage common menopause symptoms
— Evidence-based treatment options (hormonal and non-hormonal)
— The long-term impact of menopause on your health
— Why breaking the silence is the first step to regaining power

Stay after the session for a live Q&A with our clinical team and learn how Visana helps you create a personalized care plan that meets you where you are.

Can’t make it? Don’t worry! Just register and we’ll email the recording straight to your inbox after the event.
