MINNEAPOLIS—Sept. 30, 2025—Visana Health, a virtual-first women’s health clinic providing whole-person medical care for women ages 18-65 while significantly improving the care experience, outcomes and total cost of care, today announced the close of a $24 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Noro-Moseley Partners with support from The Cigna Group Ventures and Intermountain Ventures, and ongoing backing from existing investors Flare Capital Partners and Frist Cressey Ventures.

Since its seed round, Visana Health has grown rapidly in size and scale. Today, the company partners with national health plans and leading regional plans, representing more than 35 million covered lives. More than 40 employers covering over 1 million lives have also adopted Visana Health. Through its commercial relationships, Visana is on track to serve nearly 50,000 women in 2025.

“The reality is that many women in theworkforce are silently managing multiple chronic conditions – the average Visana patient has 3 to 4. By not addressing this, employers carry unnecessary costs,” said Joe Connolly, Co-founder and CEO of Visana Health. “This financing is a recognition of the extraordinary progress we’ve made since our seed round– scaling nationwide to all 50 states, expanding our clinical scope, and proving that women’s healthcare can deliver both outstanding outcomes and actuarily-verified cost savings at scale.”

Women’s health is one of the top five cost categoriesfor employers, alongside cancer and musculoskeletal, yet nearly 20% of those costs are driven by concerns that won’t show up in claims. Actuarial analysis shows Visana Health reduces employer medical costs by 34%, cuts unnecessary procedures by 78%, and delivers more than $2,400 in annual savings per enrollee. The analysis demonstrates that Visana’s evidence-backed clinical model engages women across the full spectrum of their care needs, effectively treats complexc onditions, and drives significant savings.

“Visana has consistently demonstrated a commitment to women’s health, helping many of our employees feel heard for the first time. Their secret sauce is the individualized care and tailored solutions they help provide for every patient,” said Michele Arnette, Lead Benefits Analyst, Lumen. “Their solutions provide employees with top-notch benefits that exceed our high standards. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and ability to deliver value-added services make them an ideal partner for our organization.”

“Visana has achieved the pinnacle of healthcare – a care model that delivers measurable improvements in patient outcomes while reducing costs,” said Spence McClelland, General Partner, Healthcare, Noro-Moseley Partners. “As we look for emerging, disruptive healthcare companies to support, Visana clearly fits that mold. We’re thrilled to back a team that is setting a new standard for comprehensive women’s health.”

The Series A fundraise fuels Visana’s expansion into weight loss, cardiometabolic care and chronic conditionmanagement, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and cardiovascular disease. The expansion sets a new standard for whole-person women’s health—offering employers seamless, in-network access to a proven model that improves outcomes and lowers costs without new contracts or steerage requirements.

Visana also plans to use the funds to expand its AI capabilities, streamline provider workflows and reduce administrative burdens. Early adoption has already shown that AI can improve clinical documentation efficiency, reflecting the company’s commitment to transforming care for providers and patients.
