Tara Woodall is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in advanced practice and more than twenty-two years in nursing. She earned her nursing degree from Auburn University-Montgomery and her post-master's from the University of South Alabama. Throughout her career, Tara has gained extensive experience supporting women through life-changing moments — first in labor and delivery, and later across the lifespan, caring for women from adolescence through postmenopause.
Her care philosophy is rooted in helping women build confidence, understand their bodies, and take ownership of their reproductive health. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel informed, respected, and empowered.
Tara is committed to intentional, patient-centered care, where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is for every patient to leave confident, informed, and reassured that they are not navigating their health journey alone.
